My name is Dennis Zook, owner of DnS Roof Restoration. I started my business in 2020 and have experience with roofing for many years. Prior to that, my goal in roofing was to find the best solution for each roof. Whether it’s Metal – Rubber – Foam – EPDM – Ply – Built Up – TPO – PVC – ModBit or any other roof.

DnS Roof Restoration takes pride in finding the right system to make your roof waterproof without replacing your roof. Yes we are still able to provide a good non-prorated warranty and a product that will outlast the warranty.

We also take pride in customer satisfaction and strive to show up on time. Once a project is completed, we are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have and will be able to be contacted for years to come. We even offer a maintenance program! This is a great way to keep your roof in shape to avoid costly replacements.

One of our big savers is to restore your roof before it needs to be replaced. With all of the different systems we have, it is amazing what can be restored! With foam crickets and vents and proper drainage, wonderful things can be done to a roof. That’s part of the reason for our FREE ESTIMATES. This way you don’t have to question if you get us out then we might say we can’t help you. We are here to help and will also replace if need be. However, our goal is to restore if possible.

We offer free inspections because they are so vital to proper roofing solutions. It allows us to plan ahead and make sure we have all the tools required for a quality job. This also allows us to work efficiently and effectively so you can get your roof back in top shape in a short amount of time.

DnS Roof Restoration uses Conklin coating systems which are much more than a paint or most coatings that you may have seen before. We have samples to show and are happy to answer questions you may have about our products we have to offer!
